By using NOCTELY (noctely.com), you agree to these terms. NOCTELY is a personal reflection tool offering AI-assisted thoughts on dreams from a Christian perspective. It is not a substitute for prayer, scripture study, or trusted human counsel.

Account. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts misusing the service.

Content. The dreams you write remain yours. By submitting them you grant us the limited right to process them through our AI model strictly to return you a reflection and store them privately in your account.

Free, Premium & Shepherd. A free plan remains available to explore. Premium offers unlimited prayer and discernment. Shepherd adds TTS audio and priority prayer queue. Prices adapt to your country (FCFA, EUR, USD). You may cancel any time from your settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months unless required by law.

Disclaimer. The reflections are generated by an AI model. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. We make no claim of prophetic authority. Always weigh interpretations against scripture and trusted counsel.

Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOCTELY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance.

We respect your privacy. NOCTELY collects only what is needed to operate the service.

What we store: your email, an optional display name, your dream entries and the AI reflections, your subscription status, and minimal technical logs for security and abuse prevention.

Sub-processors: Supabase (database & authentication, EU hosting), Lovable AI Gateway (model inference), Stripe (payments). Each processes data only on our instruction under their own DPA.

Your dreams are private. They are scoped to your user via row-level security and never shared, sold, or used to train third-party models.

Your rights (GDPR). You may at any time export, rectify, or delete your data from Settings, or by writing to us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and audience measurement. Strictly necessary cookies (authentication, session, anti-abuse) are always on. Only with your consent do we measure audience through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (which set cookies) and Plausible (cookieless). Until you accept, Google Consent Mode v2 blocks any storage or hit, and no other measurement script is loaded. No dream or journal content is ever sent to these tools. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from your settings (/settings#privacy).

Retention. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices: 10 years).

Anti-abuse protection. Our public free-listening page (/interpret-free) uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to filter automated abuse. Turnstile processes minimal signals from your browser (no cookies, no user tracking). See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.

Each category is kept only as long as necessary for its documented purpose:

• Account & authentication — life of the account + 3 years of inactivity, then anonymized.
• Dreams (Free) — 7 rolling days, then FIFO relock and deletion.
• Dreams & journal (Premium) — life of the account, until deletion request.
• Payment records — 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Marketing preferences — until unsubscribe.
• Analytics — 13 months max (CNIL recommendation).
• Consent audit trail — 5 years after account deletion (legal proof).

We do NOT sell or share your personal information. You have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information.

Exercise these rights from /settings (data export + account deletion) or by writing to privacy@noctely.com. We reply within 45 days.

"Notice at Collection": categories collected — identifiers (email), user content (dreams, notes), commercial (subscription), internet activity (device logs). No sale, no sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Noctely is strictly forbidden to users under 16. Age is verified at signup. Accounts detected as under 16 are deleted immediately with all associated data.

If you believe a minor uses the service, contact us at privacy@noctely.com — deletion within 72h.
