What we cannot read
You lay down dreams, decisions, things you have told no one. Here, plainly, is what is technically out of reach — and what we actually see.
Out of reach
- The text of your dreams, decisions and journal pages: encrypted at rest, never shown in our internal tools.
- Your voice recordings and their transcripts.
- The answers you receive: they live in your conversation, not in a dashboard.
- The names of people and places you trust us with: they serve your own links, not our statistics.
What we do see
- Counts: how many entries, on which day, in which door, in which language.
- Your account state: plan, payments, emails sent, notifications.
- Technical signals: errors, response times, approximate country.
- Whatever you choose to make public (a testimony, a shared dream) — anonymised by default.
What you decide
- Export everything you have laid down, at any time.
- Delete a conversation, or your whole account: deletion is real, not hiding.
- Turn emails and notifications off without losing your memory.
- Choose the register of the answers: general, or spiritual if you ask for it.
