N'Cho Yao

N'Cho Yao is one of the most recognized cybersecurity and technology-training specialists in French-speaking Africa. A pioneer of the Ivorian ecosystem since the early 2010s, he has trained several thousand professionals — CIOs, CISOs, developers and students — through his various organizations.

He is the founder of HackerProf (offensive and defensive security training platform), of NYS Africa and of the Insecurity Days — one of West Africa's leading cybersecurity and digital innovation events. He also serves as a cybersecurity consultant to Hacktualiz Inc. (U.S.-based technology holding company), the publisher of Noctely.

In parallel, he supports the AI transformation of African organizations and designs practical programs that help French-speaking entrepreneurs and trainers monetize generative AI in their fields.

Noctely's optional biblical register rests on a theological frame established with qualified advisers, kept separate from the product itself, which stays neutral by default.

Noctely is the meeting of four lives: cybersecurity (rigor, guardrails, no fuzziness), artificial intelligence (an engine that listens, re-reads, hands back), training (knowing how to hold someone's hand without taking away their freedom) and ministry (the conviction that God's Word is sufficient and that no machine should replace it).

As designer and principal architect of Noctely, N'Cho Yao has set two non-negotiables: no divination or future prediction, and no substitution for human accompaniment. The theological frame of the optional biblical register is established with qualified advisers; the platform is published and operated by Hacktualiz Inc. (USA), which carries legal and operational responsibility.
