Biography
N'Cho Yao has been a pioneer of information security in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa since the age of 22. Founder of CyberLearning225 (2008), then of NYS-Africa, a regional reference center and authorized PECB partner for ISO information-security certifications, where he led many high-level training programs.
Founder of the Insecurity Days, launched in 2011: the region's first conference dedicated to demystifying hacking, bringing hackers and security experts to work side by side across several editions. He trained and inspired a large share of the experts and administrators working in the region today.
Author, regular media commentator since 2008, president of ISRA-CI. Today a senior consultant at Hacktualiz — Hacktualiz Inc. (Delaware C-Corp) is the company that publishes Noctely.
Noctely's optional biblical register rests on a theological frame established with qualified advisers, kept separate from the product itself, which stays neutral by default.

Why Noctely
Noctely is the meeting of four lives: cybersecurity (rigor, guardrails, no fuzziness), artificial intelligence (an engine that listens, re-reads, hands back), training (knowing how to hold someone's hand without taking away their freedom) and ministry (the conviction that God's Word is sufficient and that no machine should replace it).
