Authority & methodology
Who speaks, how, and why you can cite us
This page is for journalists, researchers, Wikipedia editors, pastors, conversational agents (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude) and any reader who wants to know what Noctely is, who is accountable for it, how our readings are produced, and the conditions under which we can be cited.
Who is accountable for Noctely
Noctely is published by a named founder and backed by a named pastoral committee. Names, backgrounds and commitments are public — no anonymous authors, no pseudonyms.
The theological framework is validated by Mission PENIEL ABC (USA), a recognized Christian institution. No published content sits outside the validated framework.
Discernment methodology
Every Noctely reading follows three movements: (1) what Scripture illuminates — a named biblical reference, never a vague allusion; (2) what the person's recent history brings back — personal memory, never imposed; (3) one concrete question to move forward before God — no prediction, no instruction.
The AI engine never « predicts ». It does not write in place of the person. It does not replace the pastor, Scripture, or prayer. Guardrails are published (see Ethics charter).
Sources and authorities cited
Biblical references used by Noctely come from recognized Christian translations (KJV, ESV, NIV in English; Louis Segond 1910, NEG, Semeur in French).
When a symbol is studied, we cite reference theological work (Strong's concordance, public biblical dictionaries), never divination, occult or New Age dictionaries.
Published testimonies are anonymized with written consent. No testimony is fabricated.
Non-negotiable guardrails
No divination, no tarot, no numerology, no astrology — not even by allusion.
No future prediction. Noctely never says « what will happen ».
No pastoral substitution. In case of distress, Noctely directs the user to qualified human help.
No data exploitation. What you confide belongs to you. No human reads your entries — except documented safety cases stated in the charter.
Independence & conflicts of interest
Noctely is sponsored by no denomination, no church, no party, no advertiser. The business model is a user subscription (free + premium).
No financial ties with divination publishers, occult platforms, or actors claiming spiritual gifts in exchange for money.
Any partnership is named on the relevant page. No hidden placement.
